According to the bylaws of the German factoring association (Deutscher Factoring-Verband e.V.), the members‘ council is the highest institution of the association; it decides on all essential issues of the association’s operation.
Board of directors
This is another important institution of the association. It consists of four persons working in an honorary capacity which are elected by the members’ council for a duration of three years.

The association’s board of directors meets regularly to deliberate the strategic development of the German factoring association (Deutscher Factoring-Verband e.V.).
